In the practical test of rimless toilets conducted by SBZ, the German specialist journal for the plumbing, heating and air-conditioning industry, Duravit received a top grade with 1.9 and with 2.08 the highest average result of all manufacturers. None of the six tested Duravit toilets scored less than 2.2. This is an objective proof that the outfitter of designer bathrooms is also delivering on its brand promise in the field of toilet technology.
At Duravit, all products are put through their paces in test laboratories and analysed in accordance with both international standards and in-house procedures that go far beyond the required level. A particular focus is on achieving the right balance between individual specifications: only when all factors come together harmoniously, the resulting toilet will offer maximum user comfort and long-term satisfaction. For example, a top flushing performance and minimum spray, and an optimum after-flush volume together with the largest-possible water area in the siphon in order to reduce the accumulation of dirt. This was confirmed by the test with the products delivering an impressive performance in all eleven disciplines.
Duravit Rimless® toilets are available for the Darling New (top score), Happy D.2., DuraStyle and Starck 3 ranges. The new Rimless models in the ME by Starck and P3 Comforts ranges will be introduced at ISH 2015, optionally in combination with the SensoWash Slim product innovation.
